Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and account credentials when you register. We also collect data you store in Code Diary, including entries, groups, and tags. When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage patterns to operate and improve the Services.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; process transactions and manage subscriptions; send technical notices, updates, and support messages; respond to your comments and questions; and protect against unauthorized access or abuse. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. You retain ownership of the content you store in Code Diary, and we only access it to provide the Services or as required by law.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Services, including Supabase (database hosting), Razorpay (payment processing), and Resend (email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify. We may also disclose information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights and safety of Ambryonic and its users.

Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party services including Google authentication and Razorpay subscriptions. These services have their own privacy policies governing data collection and use. Ambryonic is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services, and we encourage you to review their policies before using them.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and diary data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Export your data before deleting your account if you wish to keep a copy.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. You may also export your diary data. If you have questions about your data or wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at ambryonic@gmail.com.

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, maintain session state, and remember your preferences. These are necessary for authentication and core functionality. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling essential cookies may affect Service functionality.
