Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ambryonic's website, products, or services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.
Account Registration and Security
You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it promptly. Ambryonic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions and Payments
Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis ("Pro"). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly cycle through Razorpay. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Ambryonic may change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Upon cancellation, access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services or assist anyone in doing so. Misuse includes: interfering with the Services, accessing them through unauthorized means, transmitting malware, violating any law, or infringing on the rights of others. Content you save in Code Diary must not violate any applicable law or third-party right.
Intellectual Property
Ambryonic owns all rights to the Services, including software, design, trademarks, and content. You retain ownership of the entries, data, and content you save using Code Diary. By using the Services, you grant Ambryonic a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Services to you.
Termination
Ambryonic may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ambryonic disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Ambryonic does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambryonic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Ambryonic's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Ambryonic in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
Ambryonic reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
