Give each entry a direct title, the command or solution itself, and the context that explains when it should be used. Copying stays available even if a paid subscription later expires.
Use groups for areas and tags for recall
A group is the current working area, such as CLI commands or build errors. Tags describe technologies, symptoms, projects, or any words you are likely to remember later.
Search before solving again
Search by remembered fragments rather than exact names. Open the matching entry, confirm its context, then use the copy action.
Turn an AI response into an entry
Paste the useful response into the AI parser. Code Diary extracts reusable content and saves it inside the group you are currently viewing.
Keep one account across devices
Sign in with the same Ambryonic account on the website and desktop app. Pro cloud sync keeps eligible diary data connected between supported devices.
Authentication and account access
Create or sign in to one Ambryonic account. The website preserves Windows, macOS, or Linux download intent through authentication and returns you to the account page for downloads and subscription management.
Install updates without losing the diary
Compare your app version with the downloads page, read the release details, close Code Diary, and install the newer package over the existing release. Export first when you want an additional backup.
Exports remain available
Use export to keep a portable copy of your entries. Read, copy, and export access remains available after a downgrade or subscription expiry, including when current usage is above the Free limits.
Free and Pro limits
Free includes 25 entries, 5 groups, and 10 tags. Pro includes 75 entries, 10 groups, and unlimited tags. When Pro ends, existing data stays available but new additions pause wherever usage is above a Free limit.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
Code Diary Pro is INR 299 per month through Razorpay Subscriptions. Review renewal and payment status in your Ambryonic account. Cycle-end cancellation keeps eligible Pro access until the provider reports that the paid period has ended.
Troubleshooting checklist
Confirm the operating system, app version, and network access first. If a download did not finish, re-download the installer from the downloads page. If the issue remains, send the exact error, expected result, actual result, OS, version, and account email through support.
